About the chat box

The chat box alert will tell me when you send me a message. If I do not respond within 2 minutes - (usually 30 seconds) then feel free to send me a direct message which I will receive by email. I will then get back to you within 24 hours.

It is prefectly safe to use the chat box, as no personal information is required, but if you would like to mention anything specific, such as names etc, I would recommend you send me a message, or call me.

We are will writers based in Hertfordshire, but can of course chat to you wherever you are! We also have colleagues who work with us around the country, so feel free to chat to us first. We can then find the closest will writer to you. 

The chat room is just between you and us - nobody else can enter.
